Ten-Toe Tuesday

Okay everybody:

On the count of three, I want you all to count toes. Not YOUR toes, your younger's toes. For example: Mary is younger than Owen, so Owen counts her toes. But what about Mama? Mary can count Mama's toesies.

One,
Two,

THREE!

Soooooooo... did everyone count to ten? I hope so. Anything more or less would be a problem.

Pa

Three-Sock Thursday!

Hi!

Today I dug into my duffle bag and found one pair of socks and ONE MORE SOCK! That means tomorrow I have only one clean sock. Last time I checked I have TWO feet. I'm one sock short of a pair!

My solution? I'm wearing today's socks again tomorrow. Eww!
I love you all so much that I will make sure to burn those socks before stepping into the house tomorrow night (Friday).
Love,
Papaah

X-Ray Monday

Hey! Livie got X-Rayed today, which may or may not turn her into a mutant. Everyone keep an eye on her; if she starts changing color or develops superpowers, alert the X-Men.

Speaking of X-Rays, one of my favorite X-Rays was the X-Ray Cafe. The X-Ray Cafe was a super-weird and super-fun rock n roll club in Portland waaaayyyyyyy back in the 1980s and '90s. Here is a picture of the X-Ray back in the day:
I didn't know any of those guys... but they look a LOT like everyone else who played at the X-Ray. All except THIS guy:

This is Elvis. Not THAT Elvis. This Elvis lives in Portland. He is a street performer who sometimes played at the X-Ray way back in the olden days. He still lives and performs in P-Town, mostly weekends at the Saturday Market. He's a terrible singer and a worse guitar player... but he has that certain something that all stars have: a CAPE!

I'm on my way to bed now...

Ni' ni',

Papa
